(Video by Bald Punk – Music by Edwin Starr)
From far and wide we had a meeting of the minds tonight. Me, my lady friend, and the pizza and Chinese delivery guys journeyed from the edges of the known universe to be together.
I came from South Ferry where I was already working. My lady friend came from [...]

Are you busy? Can you come with me?
I got out of work early and have my camera with me. My idea is to take pictures the entire length of Broadway. When I see something that catches my eye – “SNAP!”

I was walking from South Street by the Seaport over toward the J.P. Morgan Building when I passed the above waterfall.
I quickly pulled out my Alfred Hitchcock “hat,” whipped out my camera, and went to work. I hope you like my film.
The music is by the awesome Irish choir Anúna. The song is called The Blue Bird.
The picture [...]

I saw Michael Jackson’s ghost. I was the first! No one else saw him but me!
I wish it was up by the Apollo. That would be super cool, especially if he was singing.
But it was inside Gray’s Papaya. You know those guys. They sell dogs and a papaya drink for like almost a buck. We [...]

Danse Macabre – Camille Saint-Saëns

(Michael Wolgemut – The Dance Of Skeletons)
I love all types of music, especially classical. Sometimes when I’m listening to a piece, I forget about everything except the music. And then I’m off and dreaming.
The composition below is Camille Saint-Saëns’ Danse Macabre. To me it’s perfect. Almost as perfect as  Beethoven’s Ode to Joy.

Btw, I have something special planned for tomorrow. It’s another [...]

(This is the new video shot by PETA)
A person from PETA worked undercover at the circus for six months and recorded the graphic footage above.

(Elephant March though NYC, 2006)

(Another video of accusations against Ringling Brothers)
But it’s nothing new . . .

Jumbo the Elephant is dragged by gigantic spools of thread through the streets of New [...]

Let’s get it right out in the open. Me and Mayor Mike—he’s cool as shit and you can call him that too—are good friends. He’s my mofo.
I blogged about how I met him in the post Banned In the UK!!! I’ll reprint the segment here:
. . . the only politician that I really like is NYC [...]

One of NYC’s Biggest Secrets

July 20, 2009 by Bald Punk

I’m a typical New Yorker. I notice shit even though I may seem oblivious.
Take “the jogger” in Central Park.
There’s this guy that I always see. When I say always—it’s weird because I don’t think about him much, that is, until I see him.
You remember the film I made from my backyard on 4th of July weekend? I [...]
